English is the official language of HPLC 2017 Prague, therefore all presentations must be prepared and delivered in English. The time reserved for each presentation varies according to the presentation type:

Authors are asked to follow the assigned times.
Please prepare your presentation preferably using PowerPoint version 2010 or 2013, however versions 2007 and 2003 are also supported.

Do not forget, when saving your final presentation to the USB stick, to make sure to include your video files and all links to these multimedia files.
Your presentation must be handed over to the technicians in the SPEAKERS´ READY ROOM (room 2.1, floor 2) as much in advance as possible, but no later than TWO HOURS BEFORE the beginning of the corresponding session. The presentation for an early morning session must be handed over the day before.
In the SPEAKERS´ READY ROOM, you will be assisted by the technician, who will help you to download your presentation to the intranet. You will also be able to review your presentation and to verify that it has been transferred correctly to the network.
Speakers‘ ready room will be available in the following times:

Your presentation will be transferred directly to the lecture room through the intranet.
Once the presentation is launched on the computer in the respective lecture room, you will advance your own slideshow using the remote control.
All speakers are requested to be present in the lecture room 10 minutes before the session starts to meet with the session chair. Please, do not come at the last minute with your own computer into the lecture room: you will NOT BE ABLE to connect it. All presentations must be downloaded in the SPEAKERS´ READY ROOM beforehand.
If any problems occur, there will be assistance staff in each lecture room.
Individual posters (all, including Best Poster Award) will be presented by following the scientific program of oral sessions.
Posters from FUN, HYP, and APP sessions 1 – 4 will be presented on Monday, posters from session 5 – 8 on Tuesday, and posters from sessions 9 – 12 on Wednesday. Posters from the Thursday´s sessions will be moved in the following way: FUN 13 and FUN 14 to Monday, HYP 13 and HYP 14 to Tuesday, and APP 13 and APP 14 to Wednesday.
Posters from YOU sessions to be presented on Monday and Tuesday will be included in Monday poster session, posters from YOU sessions to be presented on Wednesday and Thursday will be included in Tuesday poster session.
The poster presenters are required to present their poster during the following time on the day of their presentation: odd numbers from 13:00 to 14:00, and even numbers from 15:30 to 16:30.
The additional presentation of Best Poster Award finalists will be organized on Thursday from 10:30 to 11:00.
The poster area will be located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the Congress Center. All posters should be displayed for the duration of the symposium. Poster information desk will be open to facilitate the poster hanging during the first two days of the symposium. The Poster desk will be located on the 2nd floor and will be open in the following hours:

June 19, 08:30 – 10:00
Any further assistance can be applied in the registration area.
Each poster board will have a specific number. Please make sure to mount your poster on the poster board with the number corresponding to the number assigned to your poster presentation.
Maximum poster dimensions (portrait orientation) should be 90 cm wide and 120 cm high (35.4 in x 47.2 in).
Your poster must not exceed the recommended size. The organizers will provide suitable fixing materials, and onsite assistance will be available to help you to display your poster.
Your poster should be mounted on June 18, 19:00 - 21:00. All posters must be hanged by the first poster session (June 19, 10:00 – first coffee break).
Posters should be removed on the last day of the symposium (June 22) from 11:00 to 13:30. Posters remaining past 13:30 will be removed and discarded by the organizers.
The organizers offer a possibility to print your poster onsite. To avoid carrying the poster all the way from your home and any possible damage or loss, you may send us your poster via e-mail and we will print it for you. You shall only pick it up at the Poster desk onsite.
Authors interested in the printing service should send their posters in PDF format (printing quality) to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your poster is checked, our personnel will get back to you with a confirmation. The price for the printing service:
